Still Waters provides professional in-house design services that cover the needs of both the client and environment.  We take great pride in providing both aesthetically pleasing and functional landscapes that will provide your family with your own backyard retreat.

Still Waters offers two forms of design services:

  1. Master Planning –  This process produces a cohesive design of your entire property.  The main benefit of a master plan is a plan, which even if broken down into phases, is designed to work as one cohesive unit  for your entire landscape.
  2. Spot Planning – A spot plan is a design that is more focused to a single area of your property.  This can be a front walk, back patio, water feature, etc.  The main benefit of a spot plan is savings in initial design cost.

The Design Process:

Choosing Still Waters to design a landscape for your property is the first step in an investment to increase both the beauty and value of your property.  Following our basic design process helps ensure the homeowner they are getting a design that meets or exceeds their expectations.

  1. Consultation – The consultation includes an initial meeting with the client and a walkthrough of the property.   This initial meeting helps the designer understand the client’s wants and wishes to help design the landscape of their dreams.  At this point we will then formulate an approximate budget for the project and a fee structure for the design. (the design fee will be credited to your account upon signing of an installation contract.)
  2. Site Analysis – At this time the property is measured for a base map, and pictures are taken.  This helps the designer get an understanding of existing site conditions to design a landscape that is both aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the clients’ budget.
  3. Design Presentation - Once the designer has finished the design he then sets up a meeting to present his drawing with the clients.  This is when any changes are discussed to personalize the design to the clients desires.

Furthermore, you can retain the beauty of your new landscape design for years to come with careful maintenance provided by Still Waters.
